Shipping Policy
• USPS is our preferred carrier of shipment for small packages.
• All USPS shipments will be prepaid/add, and then added to your invoice unless free shipping is included in the item cost. Shipping address label is applied to each package.
It is the receiver’s responsibility to inspect and make sure the order is correct at the time the order is received. All claims must be filed by the receiving party. Dutch Wilson Genetics takes no responsibility for lost or damaged shipments that are not inspected properly and noted at the time of receipt. If you need assistance please contact us immediately upon receipt of order for assistance.
Payment Terms
Payment is due before shipping. Please indicate the order number when making your payment. Any discrepancies should be reported immediately.
In addition to Major Credit Card acceptance through Square, Dutch Wilson Genetics offers Cash App and manual pay by cash options. By using Cash App, you hereby agree to its terms and conditions.
Returns & Refunds
If there are any issues with the product you received, we are happy to speak with you. Customers can send us an email asking for a refund if the product is unopened. You must also pay shipping costs for returns. If the product is defective we will discuss a solution with you.
You agree to ensure payment for any items. When purchasing a physical good, you agree to provide Us with a valid email and shipping address, as well as valid billing information. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information that you provide to us. If we do so after payment has been processed, We will issue a refund to you in the amount of the purchase price. We also may request additional information from you prior to confirming a sale, and we reserve the right to place any additional restrictions on the sale of any of our products.
