Shipping Policy
• FedEx is our preferred carrier of shipment for small packages. UPS and Parcel Post are also available.
• All FedEx shipments will be prepaid/add, and then added to your invoice unless free shipping is included in the item cost. Shipping address label is applied to each package.
It is the receiver’s responsibility to inspect and make sure the order is correct at the time the order is received. All claims must be filed by the receiving party. Dutch Wilson Genetics takes no responsibility for lost or damaged shipments that are not inspected properly and noted at the time of receipt. If you need assistance please contact us immediately upon receipt of order for assistance.
Payment Terms
Payment is due before shipping. Please indicate the order number when making your payment. Any discrepancies should be reported immediately.
